The Project Management and Construction Division (PMCD), a unit under the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) is the powerhouse propelling South Africa’s project management and construction community. Established in October 2006, the PMCD is one of SAICE’s large technical divisions, boasting over 4 400 members. As the representative body for project professionals in South Africa, the PMCD is dedicated to advancing project leadership and performance by uniting people and ideas.
